Call to become a Young Tech Heroin

The area of Artificial Intelligence (AI) is a promising path for young students who are looking for a place in the sun in the next decade. This is because we currently breathe technology and what was exclusive to academic research, it is now urgent in organizations that seek professionals who understand the Subject.
Let’s go further, for the class that is on the verge of opting for an innovative career, we can mention Machine Learning, or Machine Learning, despite the name scaring, it is through this technology that the streaming service, such as Netflix, for example, understands your taste in movies or series and tells you about new movies and series that might interest you, the same happens with Spotify songs that recommends a new playlist based on what you’ve been listening to around.
When we understand what is behind these indications, the astonishment disappears and becomes more sympathetic and curious, that’s what we want to talk about.
The field of Artificial Intelligence is vast and is the area of the future, however, only 22% of professionals in Artificial Intelligence are women, compared to 78% of professionals male. These are data from the Global Gender Report in 2018.
We are in 2022 and this situation has become even worse after the COVID-19 pandemic.
The most recent data from the Institute for Applied Economic Research (IPEA) reveal that the percentage of women working in the Brazilian labor market has reached the lowest level since 1990, reaching 45.8% in the third quarter of 2020. For 30 years, the rate was 44.2%, that is, we were unable to move forward. The same is true in Portugal, which according to a new synthesis from the International Labor Organization (ILO), the disproportionate losses of employment and income suffered by women during the pandemic will persist in the near future, in addition to inequalities between women and men. in the world of work.
But looking ahead, companies like Amazon continue to campaign for THEM to occupy and strengthen the job market and, mainly, in positions in the technology areas.
We have already spoken of their importance in these areas when we mention that Science is a Woman’s Thing.
The spotlight turns to young students and especially to young students, who at the age of 15 to 21, can make a difference to a more equal world, this will depend on their choices in a high-tech world where there is a need to fill in gaps, resolve issues that never existed before, and make things better in multiple areas.
Then comes the call for young women students.
From here we are in a continuous movement to establish equality and we came up with a very different proposal, in which young students walk a path together with other young students, receiving guidance and help from more experienced people who understand the difficulties, but are available to give the necessary support for an individual journey, but not solitary, and finally, overcome the stages of all challenges, such as a game or even the construction of your own heroine story.
What do you think about understanding Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics through a new learning style and creating a positive impact for a better world?
If you accept the call, click here and let’s go together and together!!
